Eagles, Horses and the moon

This past weekend my sister asked me to babysit her kids while she and her husband went out on a date. (That is a miracle in and of itself--they don't go out enough!) Anyway, when she brought her kids over, Marc decided to take her three kids, 3 and 9 to go see the eagles. How cute is my husband volunteering to take five kids out to see the bald eagles (about a 2o minute drive from home). I made him take the camera so he could document the occasion. While there is no proof that the kids were there--he took some awesome pictures of the bald eagles and some horses that were nearby and the incredibly large moon that was out that night. What did I do while he was gone with the kids? I made them all dinner...

this is so funny...
if it were us mom we would be taken all kinds of photography photos of the kids, not the eagles or the mooon. If there were any pics of the eagles or the mooon it would be because they happen to be in the background of the pics with the kids! Bytheway, your husband is a gem for giving you a break!

awesome pictures. We used to see 1 or two Eagles out by our house, but I haven't seen them for two years now. The girls would love to go see them, so we will have to plan a road trip soon.
You are good to keep up on your blog. I need to work on mine again. I have kind of slacked on it lately.
